This is for WARCRAFT III and Starcraft 2 maps. There is a File Size Limit.  It will tell u on the thank you page if you go over this limit. (contact an administrator if this occurs)

This isn't necessarily the saved name of the map, it is the name in which people will refer to the map with.

KEY Author's Name
This isn't the 'name' of the author, it is the account or other way of identifying the creator of the map.
This is not your account name, unless you made the map!

Description
Type a description of the map in this spot.  Be descriptive and add anything that you think the players should be aware of.
This will most likely be seen by other people.

Game
This is asking what game the map is for.  Some different choices are:
Starcraft 2
The Frozen Throne (Warcraft III)
Reign of Chaos (Warcraft III)

*Note*
Maps made with Reign of Chaos World Editor can be played with The Frozen Throne.  This question is asking which game the map is designed for.

Genre
This is the Genre the game is in.  Some different choices are:
RPG (Roleplay)
Strategy
Puzzle
Survival
Maze
Maul/TD (Tower Defense)
Melee

Additional Information
Type anything else that we should know about your map, this information probably won't be told to anyone else.

Remember, we are going to see if your map is good enough to be on our website.  If you have special things or something that we may not see during the test then you should tell us about them here.  Also, it can't hurt to tell us that you made the models in it by yourself with no help from someone else or something like that(that kind of comment would help us recognize you as a good mapmaker, which overall boosts your map's chances of getting approved)  Don't let this discourage you though, nearly ALL the maps submitted to us will be approved, but we still have to rate them!

PLEASE tell us if you used ANYONE else's work!!  If you edited a pre-made map or even used a model that you found on a website, we need to know!  If we find out that you used someone else's work  without telling us (including maps, models, pictures, etc.) then we will deny the submission.
