ANYONE affiliated(forums, clan, group) with The Immortal
Bros in some way, can host a contest. All you need to
do is send all of the information to us at
The_Immortal_Bros@yahoo.com or make a post in
this board on the forum.
There are quite a few things you have to send us, give or
take a few depending on the kind of contest.
Rewards:
What kind of rewards will be in the contest?
For instance if it is a mapmaking competition and I won
it... what would I get?...
Judging:
Who would judge the contest?
Do you want to be a judge, or would you prefer to just be in
charge of everything else?
The preferred judging is judged on a 4-5 person basis.
It is ok to go above or below that, but that is about the
best.
Points:
How would the Contest be judged?
Do you want to make your own point system? Or do you want to
use a pre-set one (see below).
Kinds of Contests:
What type of Contest is it?
The only way for people to want to even read about a contest
is if it is related to them, for instance if it is a
mapmaking contest and you say the type is graphics, all the
mapmakers won't look at it.
Eligibility:
Who can enter your Contest?
Would anyone be able to enter your contest or does he/she
have to be in someway associated with The Immortal
Bros(clan, forums, group)? We prefer associated with
us.
Winners:
Who would "win" your contest?
Would it be the top 3 people that the judges choose or top 1
or should there be another method to choose with the
judges(a poll on the forums for instance)? This does
depend on the rewards for the contest.
Entrees:
How are the judges going to receive the entrees to your
contest?
We have an e-mail address for judges, that will all
know the password too. (the password will be changed when
the contest ends)
**For Forum Related contests this information can just be
placed in the first post of the contest board instead of
sending it to us.**
